Nikhil co-founded Candent and is responsible for R&D, product development, pre-sales & sales. He has managed a diverse group of clients in Asia, Europe, and the United States. His responsibility includes helping clients shape, move and operate their business with innovation and achieve their digital transformation goals. He is early adopter of the new technologies and design trends. Passionate about family, business, and equality.

Shweta is Candent's People and Culture Lead. Shweta ensures that Candent Associates continues to Thrive and Grow their career. She leads the HR team with an "Employee First" mentality in line with Candent's Core Values. Shweta received her Bachelors Degree from Gujarat University and Business English from the University of Cambridge.

Ketaki is Candent's Digital Marketing & Talent Lead. Ketaki ensures that we attract the best talent to exceed our Customer and Project requirements. Ketaki is responsible for Candent's Social and Digital Marketing campaigns. She received her Bachelors in Electronics Engineering from Pune Univeristy and a Post Graduate Program in Business Administration from the Indo-German Institute.
